Description of Service

DoZaps is a workflow automation platform that allows you to:

  • •Connect multiple services and applications
  • •Create automated workflows (triggers and actions)
  • •Integrate with Google services (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, and more)
  • •Integrate with third-party services (Slack, Discord, Notion, Reddit, Telegram, WhatsApp, and more)
  • •Automate repetitive tasks

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

  • •Providing accurate and complete information
  • •Keeping your password secure and confidential
  • •All activities under your account
  • •All workflows created and executed
  • •Compliance with connected services' terms

Google Services Integration

When you connect Google services, you authorize DoZaps to access your Google data. We comply with Google API Services User Data Policy and only access data when workflows execute.

We do not use your Google data for advertising or sell it to third parties. You can revoke access at any time through your Google Account settings.

Acceptable Use Policy

You may NOT use DoZaps to:

  • •Violate any laws or regulations
  • •Send spam or unsolicited communications
  • •Harass, threaten, or harm others
  • •Access data you don't have permission to access
  • •Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service

Subscriptions and Payments

DoZaps offers free and paid subscription plans. Subscriptions are billed in advance and you may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period with no refunds for unused time.

Intellectual Property

We own all rights to the DoZaps platform, software, trademarks, and content. You retain ownership of your workflow configurations and data processed through DoZaps.

Disclaimers and Limitations

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • •We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • •Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months
  • •We are not liable for workflow errors or unintended actions
  • •You should test your workflows before production use

Data and Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data. We implement reasonable security measures and comply with GDPR, CCPA, and Google API Services User Data Policy.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or legal requirements. You may terminate your account at any time through settings. Upon termination, your workflows stop executing and your data will be deleted per our retention policy.
